Easy Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Alpharetta, GA and the surrounding area (approximately 15-mile radius), including:
- Regular maintenance cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Commercial janitorial cleaning
The exact scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All service bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Easy Cleaning Services.

- We will schedule a free home visit prior to the first service to assess the property and confirm pricing
- Service times are estimated. Actual completion time may vary based on property condition
- We reserve the right to adjust the service scope or duration based on conditions found on-site
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling costs
- Same-day cancellation / no-show: A fee equivalent to a portion of the service cost may be charged
Service Cancellations by Easy Cleaning Services
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Prices are quoted prior to service and are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope
- For recurring services, pricing may be reviewed periodically with advance notice provided to the client
6. Property Access & Security
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.
- If you choose to provide a key or entry code, this is at your sole discretion and risk
- Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects prior to our visit
- Pets should be secured or kept in a safe area during cleaning
- Our team will lock up securely upon departure if access credentials have been provided
7. Damage Claims
Easy Cleaning Services takes great care with your property. In the rare event of accidental damage:
- Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be considered
- We will assess the damage and work with you to find a fair resolution
- Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the value of the cleaning service rendered
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from items that were not properly secured
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion
- We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Cleaning Services shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Loss of income, business interruption, or any other economic loss
- Damage to items not disclosed at the time of booking (e.g., antiques, custom finishes, fragile surfaces)
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
